Spirit Reservoir Dam

The dam is composed of a concrete gated spillway and two earthen dikes, one on either side of the spillway. The spillway is 60 feet long, 35 feet wide, and 26 feet high and contains two 20-foot wide by 19-foot high steel taintor gates. The right dike is 1,140 feet long and the left dike is 1,330 feet long. The maximum height of the dikes is 26 feet.
